January 6, 13, 20, 27, and February 3, 10, 17 (no mtg. 2/24)
Jim Cummings teaches the 24 movements of the Beijing Tai Chi form. Learn the fundamental movements as well as theory; improve balance, stability and overall health. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes. Registration begins 12/28. 7 classes, $17.50.
