Program Description

Event Details

Join Kate for gentle yoga using a chair to aid in strength, balance, flexibility and mental well-being. This class is accessible for all bodies and abilities; no experience is necessary. 

4 classes; $16

The class scheduled for August 18th will take place off site at South Country Ambulance, 420 Station Rd, Bellport. Please reach out to the Reference Department for more information.
