For ages 1-4 AND an adult. Come to a giant playdate with age-appropriate toys, meet other parents/caregivers in the area, and ask questions of the special guest childhood resource expert. Session ends with a circle time.
Jim Cummings teaches the 24 movements of the Beijing Tai Chi form. Learn the fundamental movements as well as theory; improve balance, stability and overall health. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes.
