An advocate will be available to help seniors find benefits for which they may be eligible and assist with the application process. Programs include SNAP, MSP, and HEAP.

Sabrina Perrino instructs yoga with a mindful approach. Pose modifications available. Balance breath and movement to find synchronicity.
