Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

March 7, 14*, 21, 28, April 11, 18, 25 (No mtg. 4/4)

Join Daniel for yoga with a mindful approach. Different options are offered throughout the class so that all levels of practitioner feel comfortable. The focus is on a balance between the breath and movement in order to find synchronicity. 

7 classes, $21

*May 2 will be the final class session in this series. This is a makeup class for the March 14 snow cancellation.
