Explore 8 dimensions of wellness. You will assess your current wellness and identify strengths as well as areas that may benefit from improvement. Suggestions for each wellness domain will be offered to guide your efforts in improving your overall wellness and become the best version of you.
This program is offered via Zoom. The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent 24 hours before the class, Wednesday, March 18th by 6:00 PM.
