Event Details

For 2-5 years AND an adult. All aboard! Join us for a train ride on the Long Island Live Steamers trains! Meet us at the Long Island Live Steamers (Southaven County Park, Gerard Road Entrance, Brookhaven, NY). Per their safety rules, a child must be able to walk independently in order to ride the mini train. Please note that trains have limited capacity, and we cannot guarantee a train ride for extra adults or extra children.

Registration for this in-person program opens on August 1 at 9:30 am. Register at the library, online, or by phone at 631-286-0818 x2.

Rain date of Tuesday, August 27 at 10:00 am. The library will contact you if we need to use the rain date instead.
