This introduction to self-defense for adults is open to both men and women interested in learning how to proactively stay safe, deter an aggressor, and neutralize an attack.  Instructor Joseph Mordente, owner of Bellport Brazilian jiu-Jitsu, aims to educate and empower everyone in our community with self-defense techniques they can use.  This class includes light physical participation in a safe, supportive environment.
