The Suffolk Showers Program was created from a National Initiative to educate expectant parents about how to better care for themselves and their soon to be born baby and reduce the risk of negative health outcomes. During the program you will hear from health providers about ways to keep you and your baby healthy and you will have access to resources and baby items.
