For children AND an adult. No registration, just drop in between 10:00 am - 12 noon to decorate a wreath of snowflakes to celebrate winter!

One-On-One Medicare Counseling and Assistance

Join Kate for gentle yoga using a chair to aid in strength, balance, flexibility and mental well-being. This class is accessible for all bodies and abilities; no experience is necessary.
