For ages 3-5 years AND an adult. Enjoy a weekly storytime and a fun craft together. Registration for this in-person, 2-session series opens on April 1 at 9:30 am.
Michele will briefly explain the benefits of meditation and then lead a guided visualization meditation incorporating sound chimes.
