Use orange painted corks to create a pumpkin, perfect for the fall season. Instructions are included with kit. A hot glue gun will be needed for this craft. Register and pickup starting 9/3.

Registration for Children's IN-PERSON September programs opens on September 3 at 9:30 am. (Registration date is later because of the Sunday and holiday). Register at the library, online, or by phone at 631-286-0818 x2.

For children. This month's activity is Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus Contest. The Pigeon from Mo Willems' books is driving a school bus around the Children's Dept.

For children. Starting September 3, stop by the Children's Desk to pick up the Smokey Bear Reading Challenge sheet. You have September through October to complete and return it, and then you'll be entered into a raffle.
