Create a beautiful quilled paper design made easy with an adhesive shape (circle, flower or heart). 8”x8”. South Country card required; register March 1-22 (while supplies last). Pick-up at Reference begins Tues., 3/29. Kits not claimed by 4/5 go to the waitlist.
