Books & Bagels (Book Discussion)

Join us for our monthly book discussion! This month, we will be reading the Long Island Reads pick. Each library on Long Island reads the same book. The title will be revealed at a later date. Bagels, coffee, and tea will be served. The first 20 registrants will receive a copy of the book to keep!

The Long Island Reads Committee is pleased to announce that we have selected Better Living Through Birding: Notes from a Black Man in the Natural World by Long Island native Christian Cooper. Long Island Reads will honor Christian Cooper at a ceremony at the Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library on April 21, 2024 at 2pm.
